The 18-year-old Miss America Alexandria Mills, was crowned the 60th Miss World 2010 title at the Beauty Crown Theatre, Sanya, China on Saturday evening. The First runner up was Miss Emma Wareus of Botswana and Miss Adriana Vasini of Venezuela was placed third in the beauty pageant. Miss India World Manasvi Mamgai failed to finish among the top 20 contestants. The gala-event kicked off with a traditional Chinese dance, followed by the introduction of the 120 contestants from across the globe.
